Free worldwide standard shipping

Strikers Bjj offers free standard shipping to all destinations available at checkout, with no minimum order value. Standard shipments are sent customs-duty paid. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable or a carrier asks you to pay an unexpected import charge, contact support@strikersbjj.com before paying so we can investigate.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing takes place before the delivery period begins. Any different product-specific dispatch schedule will be disclosed before purchase.

Delivery time

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 6–8 business days, depending on the destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, customs checks and courier disruptions can affect transit. Contact us if your parcel is overdue.

Tracking

We send a dispatch confirmation and tracking information by email. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. Contact us with your order number if you have not received the tracking details or need help following your parcel.

Cancellations and address changes

Email support@strikersbjj.com within 24 hours of ordering to request cancellation or a change. After 24 hours, ordinary cancellation requests are not accepted because processing or production may have started. This cutoff does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law, including rights arising from a shipment delay. Check your delivery address carefully; we cannot guarantee an address change once dispatch has been arranged. Any additional charge arising from a customer-requested change must be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

Contact support@strikersbjj.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on the appropriate resolution. A carrier delay does not remove your statutory rights. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will provide a delay notice and the consent, cancellation and prompt-refund options required by applicable law. Where the FTC order-merchandise rule applies and no dispatch period was stated, its applicable default shipment deadline governs, generally 30 days after a properly completed order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected goods and promptly refund the amount paid for them.

30-day returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@strikersbjj.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the dispatch address may not be the return address.

Eligibility and proof of purchase

For an ordinary return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with its tags, labels and packaging intact. Sale-priced items are eligible on the same terms; a discounted price alone does not make an item final sale. Provide an order number, order-confirmation email, receipt or another record that lets us verify your purchase. We may decline a discretionary return if the item does not meet these conditions or the purchase cannot be verified. These conditions do not remove legal remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we process the approved refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method, not store credit only. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will explain any refusal. Exchanges are dispatched once the return is approved and processed, subject to replacement availability; if an exchange is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or another agreed resolution.

Return shipping and fees

You pay return postage for ordinary returns, including size or preference changes. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Strikers Bjj pays the full return shipping cost for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original standard shipping is free, so there is no original standard shipping charge to deduct from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please report an issue to support@strikersbjj.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description and photographs where reasonably available. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or a free replacement/exchange, according to your preference and availability. The 7-day reporting request helps us investigate promptly; it is not a waiver of rights that apply after that period, and the ordinary unused-condition requirement does not defeat a valid defect claim.

Cancellations and your legal rights

Ordinary cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. See our Shipping Policy. Rights required by New York law, applicable federal law or other mandatory consumer law remain available. You may request a written copy of this policy by emailing support@strikersbjj.com.
